Life, Loss, and Work: Dealing with Grief in the Corporate World

--

In this video, I open up about one of the most challenging periods of my life — grieving the loss of my best friend while managing the demands of work. Grief can feel overwhelming, and balancing personal loss with professional responsibilities isn’t easy. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others who may be going through similar struggles.

In this video, I reflect on the importance of taking time for yourself, the clash between grief and work, and how prioritizing mental health is key to healing. Whether you’ve experienced loss or simply want to better understand the impact grief can have on your work life, I hope this message resonates with you.
