When it’s everybody’s job, it becomes nobody’s responsibility.
As a leader, it’s easy to expect certain tasks, deliveries and responsibilities to be shared across many people… but when it’s everybody’s job, it’s nobody’s responsibility. And this has a lot of negative impact. So instead, we should assign ownership to create accountability and empower people.
